It is a two-layer flexible electrical insulation product. Used for insulation of Class F electric motors and transformers F (155oC). This product is available in widths from 500 mm to 2000 mm. It is cut in rolls, sheets or lengths according to the customer’s request. The NM 5 Filmcutter belongs to the Filmterm family. The product is used for insulation of class F electric motors and transformers; (1 55°C NM 5 is produced by lamination of PET film to an aramid paper layer with an adhesive conforming to ASTM D1830 standard. It is a two-layer laminate with PET film yielding the product. High mechanical and dielectric properties, thermal resistance is provided by aramid paper layer.
