Filmterm DMD Prepreg
It is a three-layer and resin-impregnated flexible electrical insulation material. Insulation of distribution transformer casting; They are class F resin transformers. This product is available in widths from 500 mm to 2000 mm. It is cut in rolls, sheets or lengths according to the customer’s request. DMD Prepreg Filmcutter belongs to the Filmterm family. DMD Prepreg is produced by impregnating the PET film (36 to 125 micron) with two layers of PET nonwovens (25/50 micron) specially produced by Freudenberg and impregnating it with Class B resin. The product is mainly used in cast resin distribution transformer.
