How an export order works
- Request: you send the material, thickness, width, quantity and destination country.
- Quotation: we confirm availability, price, packing and lead time, and agree the Incoterm with you.
- Sample or data sheet: where needed, we share the technical data sheet and discuss a sample before you commit.
- Slitting and preparation: rolls are slit in-house to your width and labelled per your order.
- Documents and dispatch: we prepare the export document set for your destination and hand over to the agreed carrier.

Documents and packing
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, a packing list and the technical data sheet for the material. Depending on the destination and the terms we agree, a certificate of origin, an A.TR movement certificate for EU deliveries or a EUR.1 certificate may also apply — we confirm the exact document set with your quotation. Rolls are packed to protect the edges in transit, and each roll is labelled with the material, thickness, width and lot.

Which countries do you quote for?
We quote for manufacturers in Turkiye and export markets including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. If your country is not listed, send your request anyway.
Can you cut materials to our width?
Yes. Slitting is done in-house, so film, paper and laminate materials can be supplied in the roll width your winding or transformer production needs.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the material and thickness. Some items are stocked and some are sourced to order, so please state the quantity and delivery date you need in your request and we will confirm what is possible.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
The Incoterm is agreed per order. State your preference, for example EXW, FCA, CPT or DAP, in your request and we will price accordingly.
Which export documents are provided?
Standard export documents such as the commercial invoice and packing list, plus a technical data sheet for the material. Depending on the destination, a certificate of origin, A.TR movement certificate for EU deliveries or EUR.1 may apply. We confirm the exact document set with your quotation.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the material, quantity and volume. Stocked items ship quickly; materials sourced to order take longer. We give you a delivery date together with the price.
Can we receive a sample before ordering?
Sample requests are handled case by case depending on the material. Mention it in your request and we will tell you what we can send.
